ON BANKING

How emerging technologies can transform customers' banking experiences, making it easier, more convenient, and better integrated with their daily lives?

CURRENT RESEARCH PROJECTS OF OUR R&D TEAM:

User experience (UX) enriched by natural interaction forms

Common forms of human interaction include sign language, speaking, writing, gestures, and broadcasting. Human beings intuitively seek to interact with machines in a natural way as they do it in the real world. The project researches how Natural User Interface (NUI) migh enriche UX of multichannel banking solutions.

Human gestures recognition and interpretation

The research aim is to explore the technology that allows a camera-enabled devices to recognize user‘s gestures, and find the best way it could be integrated into online banking applications.

Voice and face recognition for identity management

Effective digital identity management is fundamental for banking applications. This project explores different ways biometric data could be integrated with PKI technology to provide a seamless yet extremely safe way to manage user's identity.
