ETRONIKA Mobile Operator is a solution dedicated for mobile operators to provide mobile signature services.
ETRONIKA Mobile Operator is a Mobile Signature Service Platform that helps to deliver mobile signature service and to perform the role of registration authority (RA).
FUNCTIONALITY
ETRONIKA Mobile Operator solution enables mobile operators (MO) to:
- Create secure wireless channel between the end-user and electronic services applications during the usage of mobile signature.
- Administer database of users, who have the right to use mobile signature service.
- Assign digital certificates issued by certification authority (CA) to users.

The key components of ETRONIKA Mobile Operator are:

Mobile Signature Service Provider (MSSP)
The purpose of this module is to manage the end-user messaging, and validate requests from electronic service applications. To maintain these functions, the module maintains the relationship with operator’s SMS gateway and OTA platforms. The MSSP can support requests from applications of Trusted Service Providers (TSP) and individual service providers as well. -
CERT-Read-Only Copy
This module maintains the relationship with systems of Certificate Authorities (CA). It may serve an unlimited number of CA’s. The module controls management of digital certificate life-cycle: creation, usage, and cancellation. -
Registration Authority (RA)
The module supports management of mobile signature owner profile with a browser-based console.
Mobile operators, having reliable and secure mobile network infrastructure, distribution processes of SIM cards, support services, sales network of qualified personnel, could play several roles in the wireless Public Key Infrastructure (wPKI). Mobile operators could participate as registration authority and provide identify confirmation of the mobile signature owner, and as establisher of standards-based and secure channel between end-users and business applications.
